6月24日 Symbian coming together![[image]](http://www.smartphone-solutions.com/english/home/products/symbian_logo_big.gif){kind=logo} It was announced in London, UK today that the Symbian device makers will me unifying the OS platform going forward. The device makers include: Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola and NTT Docomo. The Symbian platforms they plan on unifying are: Symbian OS, S60, UIQ and MOAP. This is to be done in an effort to create one Symbian based platform to which software can be developed for. Hopefully this works out as planned cause this would mean more applications for Symbian users everywhere.
