    • Agile Messenger is a better option for an all in one Instant Messenger.
    • i-Mate JAMin released(WM5, GSM/EDGE,2MP Camera)..."Just feels good" (Who comes up with their slogans?!?)
    • Windows Mobile devision pulling in profits now that they have more market share.

    • Fujitsu-Siemens C series ready to go. Click Here for some specifications. It has audio out via cradle and USB host.
    • Terry get's ORB to install on a Windows XP Service Pack 1 system even though the site states it requires Service Pack 2, we are guessing Service Pack 2 is generally not needed. Now he is ready to test it.
    • Gaming on Pocket PCs.....are they a viable platform?
    • Pocket Quake is fun and it's free.
    • Beware when buying a PDA for gaming, not all PDAs can handel two button presses at the same time. This makes it difficult to play many games. DO your research before you buy.
    • Axim and PlayStation Controller become one kryten007  from the forum makes his own PDA gamepad to fit his Axim x50v.
    • I lose track of time at this point.....LOL.
    • Verizon Wireless finally allows their phones to be used as mobile modems for their EV-DO network. Must connect to device via USB as Bluetooth DUN is still not allowed. Unfortunately the Treo 700w is still not allowed as a mobile modem..
    • Overclocking the StrongARM processor. Take your 206MHz PDA CPU and get it to 236MHz or clock it down to 162MHz and save power. At 236Mhz I got a 20% increase in performance in TCPMP!! Click here for details.
    • The MIPs processor is also overclockable but it's not as easy. The BE-300 is one of them but it's harder to overclock than most, but at least you can get 200MHz out of it.
    • More MDA features talk from Terry.
    • Podcast will be released every 2 weeks. Keep a look out!

    OUR FIRST PODCAST

Well I finally got a PDA podcast up here.
Terry(terryjohnson16) from my forum co-hosted this podcast with me.
This is our first podcast and from this experience I learned that our podcast needs a little polish in the recording but I think we did well for our first podcast overall.
